Accounts are due and payable within 30 days of receipt. Delinquent accounts are subject to cancellation of service and a reinstatement charge. Accounts will be subject to a $25 charge for checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds. Finance Charges (periodic rate of .75% monthly, 9% annually) will be assessed on any past due amount. In case of errors or inquiries about your bill, send your inquiry in writing within 60 days after receipt of the bill. Please include your name and account number, a description of the error, and the dollar amount of the suspected error. You remain obligated to pay the parts of your bill not in dispute. While resolving the dispute, we will not take any action to collect or report as delinquent any disputed amounts. A full statement of your rights and creditor's responsibilities under the Federal Fair Credit Billing Act will be sent upon request.
