* No charge to drop off yard debris for residents (within city limits) of Astoria, Warrenton, Gearhart and Cannon Beach with garbage service. These customers have a fee included in their garbage bills to cover yard debris recycling.
Proof of eligibility (trash/utility bill + ID) required.
