Rain, snow, wind…nothing can deter us, so put your stuff out anyway. But here’s a hint: If it’s windy, place light items in the bottom of your recycling bin and use a rock to keep material from blowing away. Also, it doesn’t matter if your recyclables get wet in the rain, so please don’t use plastic grocery bags to set out your materials. Use paper bags, a bucket or other reusable container.
